More About Me

Jojo Zhou empowers clients to secure properties that align with their goals—whether for personal enjoyment or financial investment—offering the kind of guidance she wished she had when purchasing her first home at 21.

While a sophomore at the University of Georgia, Jojo purchased her first property and became a self-managing landlord. That experience showed her how real estate can elevate one’s lifestyle and create financial freedom. Inspired by its impact, she went on to refine her knowledge and build deep expertise in Georgia’s real estate market, specializing in deal analysis, renovations, and property management across both residential and commercial sectors.

Today, as a full-time realtor, Jojo empowers others to achieve wealth, security, and lifestyle freedom through real estate. Meanwhile, she actively manages over a dozen rental units across Georgia as both a property owner and manager. Sharp, decisive, data-driven, and consistent, she brings the same discipline and dedication to every client relationship.

Jojo graduated Summa Cum Laude from Woodward Academy and earned the distinction of First Honor Graduate at the University of Georgia with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Outside of real estate, her professional background spans from working at a leading international business council in Washington, D.C. to serving at a European consulate in Asia. Fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese, and English, she is well-equipped to serve a diverse, global clientele.
